Include the email or phone number on your account and, if it's a bug, what you were doing when it happened. Screenshots help a lot.

- Billing & refunds — subscriptions are billed by Google Play (and later the App Store). Manage or cancel in your store account; refunds follow the store's policy. Stuck? Email us and we'll point you the right way.
- Report someone — use the report option on their profile or in the chat overflow menu. Reports are confidential. For anything urgent or unsafe, email us with "URGENT" in the subject.
- Delete your account — Settings → delete account. It removes your profile, photos, chats, and plans.
- Verification trouble — good light, no hat or glasses, and make sure your main photo clearly shows your face, then try again.

- Meet in public for the first few dates.
- Tell someone your plan — or add them to your safety circle in Settings → trusted contacts, and they'll get it automatically.
- Arrange your own transport and keep your phone charged.
- If something feels off, leave. In an emergency, always call your local emergency number first.
